central location friendly staff mini bar
the hotel is very central and convenient. the staff was friendly and willing to help with requests. our room included a mini bar and bathrobes. the hotel also provided soya milk, a nice touch.
the wifi was terrible , it needs an upgrade. i didn't find a closet in the room, i wish i knew before.

breakfast is freshly cooked at the hotel. the bar has a great atmosphere. the rooftop bar is perfect for many occasions and events, we loved the vibe.

rock 'n' roll gem!
unbeatable location fantastic staff artsy room
the location is unbeatable. it's close to everything, shopping, food, and theaters. the staff was great. i found the rooms designed artsy without being too much.
The lighting was poor. Some bulbs were broken.

my room had fantastic quality bedding. the bed was comfortable with masses of pillows. the shower and toiletries in the bathroom enhanced the overall experience. the room was very clean. but, the sink is in the shower.

the hotel is right in the heart of where i wanted to be. it still offered a peaceful night's sleep. i also loved that the hotel is close to soho, chinatown, regent street and piccadilly circus.

The rooftop bar had a jacuzzi. the music was the best i've heard in years. the cocktails were great. They even had trooper beer. the rooftop area was the icing on the cake.

small room misleading star rating
the location was top, really close to everything.
my room was RIDICULOUSLY small. the sink and mirror were inside the shower enclosure, that was odd. This hotel should never have a five-star rating.

A Nice Soho Experience
fluffy towels immediate attention fantastic location
The room included nice tea and soya milk. I liked the super fluffy towels provided. Any queries I had received immediate attention. I appreciated that. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything.
The corridors had a dim lighting, which I found a bit gloomy.
